By far this has been the easiest detox I have ever done. I actually lost weight, just under 4 lbs in 5 days! That is amazing for me as I usually lose less than a pound in a week. I especially love the Mediterranean Chicken and Banana Oatmeal, which I topped with pomegranate seed. I also had an office of sick people and am happy to report that I never caught their colds. I think this boosted my immune system as well! I would recommend the 5 Day Detox to anyone who is considering it, it's simple, easy and you can eat real food! ~ Kristi R.
